& secularism secularism

Many times we talk about in the media of issues concerning secularism, ethics, family. But what is meant by secularism? The most shocking of all the debate is the progressive increase in infant-lay Catholics clash, State-Vatican and restart the consultation on the law 40 and the subsequent referendum. That referendum was to be a strong warning to the left which was to understand how nothing is gained by the collision and that unfortunately the people whose sperm travels at normal speed, who are married and are gay or lesbian before any meeting with the mobilization old craxiana rule to go to sea.
So what should be the role of the legislature that will lay down if he wants to bring some results without falling into conflict? And who is willing to debate on the rights of others even though his sperm to be high speed, without any tendency happily married gay or lesbian?
The real question is the second because it is useless to try to open a dialogue based only on transatlantic prerogative to put ideology aside because the emperor is naked and if you strip the parliamentary under skirts and pants they would be hair shirts, cannabis, the rest of the previous evenings, and much more ... discovering lobby cross unmarried. So what
may be a way out of the tangle? Bring
dialogue between citizens, while avoiding to descend to the level of debate from bar, using all channels of political opening, a few, to defile it and make it more and more from the bottom, and in this case is that you can communicate without ideologies because nobody cares if gay people are deviant are natural or the fact is that there are, are a reality that is as demanding rights.
I love thinking what I'm doing because they do not edifying to note that we have a political class deaf to certain issues (if not a propaganda purpose) and that civil society prepared to speak of the rights of others is an elite. Yet
there are those, not in Italy, managed by giving an overview and enter the different ethical issues, regarding secularism, in a different context, that the entire system, political, economic, social, etc ... Zapatero is.
Both the right and left front of the Italian policy of the English government reacted parochial without understanding that gay marriages are not made by the PSOE a crusade for a secular atheist came to power nor unattainable utopia that Italy must look through the scope. Reading several interviews with English Prime Minister (the citizens' social, Feltrinelli, Micromega, interview with Paolo Flores D'Arcais, debate on secularism), I got to understand that gay marriage is part of a legislative program very specific policy within the so-called "third pillar", ie a policy that seeks redemption of the oppressed groups (women, gay, Disabled young people with atypical, ...) so that these areas of society with new rights accountability on these people by making them an active part in economic and social. The opposite of the idea that the welfare rights ports, so are the rights that create well-being (Spain has a GDP that travels with more than 3% annual growth). Pardon the summary
cylinder engine of a whole of government policy, but I would avoid going out of the question Home. The criticisms of this policy is that Zapatero has used many times not to read or real reform but simple media innovation, how to change the term in the constitution "disabled" to "disabled". Criticism in Italy thanks to the church hierarchy (and lay) would become uncontrollable propaganda.
So what is the way forward to make new laws, not only DI.CO.?
Several proposals, including that of Cacciari that respondent proposes to formalize the concept of "unmarried couple" in the Constitution because you can not leave a law such a difficult task. Another proposal, "opening" is to indicate that Monsignor Fisichella as possible road (interview by Lucia Annunziata, in half an hour) to an amendment to existing laws without creating a new one that would set a precedent that would not like the Catholic world.
After these reflections, research opinions do not want to end by pulling the solution out of the hat I just hope I did think, by having more clarity on issues taboo in Italy and where they get up tremendous dust raised tunics and gospels or hunger strikes and a referendum.
